His eyes opened slowly, narrowing by the bright rays of sun that shone down on his. A soft huff escaped the lanky boy his lips, covering his eyes with his arm. A deep sigh escaped his lips before he hit the alarm clock to make it shut finally up. His fingertips stroke along his fresh tattoo on his collarbones. How he remembered passing out doing that one. Not really thinking about how much that one might hurt. But really, what was described as hurt? Did he even really know hurt? He quickly got up, taking a shower before he gathered his stuff and threw them in the trunk of his car.
“Lets go this through once more.. Do you really have everything you need?” Evan rolled his eyes, eating his cereals as he high lighted some quotes in one of his fathers books. First he always described biographies to be the most boring thing ever, but over the years, he had grown a love for it to find out how people thought and knew many last words. His father way utterly annoyed by the fact he highlighted the quotes and so he snatched the book away. “Hey! I was busy with that.” He complained as his father turned around around again. “I told you so many times not to highlight in my books Deldicque! Thats really one thing I am glad about once you are gone son.” Evan laughed softly as he shook his head slowly. “Fine fine.” Evan muttered as he told then finally his parents goodbye. His father always assumed he was walking in his footsteps, going to the same college as he had been and his grandpa. Even though his sister was about to go for her first year, she was known as a snog, as they would call it there, the rich kids, thinking they were better than anyone else. He hoped he wouldn’t be judged on that.
Once he arrived in college, the hot Florida, he pulled his bags out and searched for his room, a deep sigh escaping his lips as he unpacked his suitcase, but got interrupted by a guy, shorter than he was, slick long black hair and a goofy smile. Soon he found out his name was Chip.. Or his nickname on which he insisted to call him like that. ‘The colonel‘. The colonel walked him to one of the girls her dorm, which she had for herself since her roommate never came back. “Hey Tash, this is Evan.. Deldicque. Guess who his sister is Guinevere!” The boy laughed, whilst Evan studied the girl, being totally smitten by how she looked. “Hi.. Nice to meet you.”
