“Hey, you took quite the beating out there.” Karma had Hecate lying on the medical table when she finally came to.
Karma had the Doll’s arms synthetic skin peeled back, some wires that were obviously damaged during battle were in the middle of being replaced. “Sorry, you’ll be able to get control back in your arm in a minute. Had to scrounge up some parts. How are you feeling?”

She’d stir a bit, grumbling in annoyance as she’d slowly recollect her thoughts. Waking up in an unfamiliar place wasn’t really anything new to her, but seeing someone performing some kind of operation was something new entirely.
The only more annoying part at the moment was she didn’t have much of a say….especially with one of her arms being rendered immobilized.
“….Just fine. I’ll admit…you’re either brave or stupid doing this sort of thing on a stranger…”
Not that she wasn’t thankful or anything of the sort. Just that the method of approach seemed unorthodox. The again, that didn’t really matter in a life or death situation.
