( He notices pink locks, just a little ways away from him. His eyes are DRAWN to them. Those bright pink he’s oh so familiar with. Of course it could only be ONE person; someone he hasn’t seem for almost three months now. His trip away from the village ran a little over time and he was away far longer than he had said or expected. He reaches out, touches her shoulder to get her attention and utters;)

‘ Mmn... Yes... I know...’

( He had gotten himself pretty beat up whilst travelling and come back to Konoha in hopes Sakura would patch him up; which she did. But now he was on the receiving end of quite the lecture.)

‘ Stay quiet.’

( He uttered in a hushed tone, his arms had slid around her body and pulled her in closer to him so that her back was against his chest. He then swiftly moved, jerking her to the side and taking cover from a tree near by. His back up against it. This was they could hopefully avoid the enemy, and even if they didn’t this position would make it easier for them both to see the enemy coming, and if need be, for him to push her away and defend her from the enemy.)
