Dr. Lecter did not EXPECT to see someone looking into his eyes as he opened the door to leave his office for the evening. He was still a young and fresh psychiatrist. People found him CHARMING and easy to open up to, even without having to speak. Now, he was tired. He was finished for the day. Seeing the eyes, he internally sighed. He was sure that he appeared as tired as he felt. “Did you have an appointment ?? ”

Lecter shrugs with his hands clasped in his lap. New patients TENDED to be the most DIFFICULT, but already there was something about this young man that Lecter liked. Perhaps it was his genuine i don’t give a damn attitude that did not seem as artificial as many others attempt to portray. He showed his hands with his palms up.
“Then WHERE do we begin, Antonio ?? ”
“I’m not sure what more you EXPECT me to do for you. I have offered you my help and my advice and you have disregarded all of it.”

A knock at the door disturbed Lecter. A turn of the wrist allowed him to check his watch. He did not have the TIME for disturbances and it was too early for any guests to be arriving. With a sigh, he placed the filleting knife down and proceed to the door with a very neutral expression. “Can I help you ?? ”
