Vilmer w….. gentle?

There's something about the way Vilmer's linemates lead him. They're both older than him by at least six years, but they seem to treat him like something smaller.
It's not as if they treat him like a kid or not capable, they've all seen the way he can handle himself on the ice, but it's like he's theirs. The praise, the pats on the head, the way he's seen both Jujhar and Ben slam bodies against the boards because of a hit on him.
None of them are known to be particularly soft on the ice, all hard hits and edges, but between the three of them it's almost gentle.
