Namrata Shirodkar Thinks Her Daughter Looks Like This Person

New Delhi: Earlier south Indian superstar, Mahesh Babu posted a photograph of  his daughter Sitara and captioned, looks "exactly like his mother". Seems like his wife, Namrata Shirodkar disagrees. Namrata made a collage of Sitara's childhood picture with an old black-and-white picture tagged to her sister Shilpa Shirodkar, who in turn shared it on her Instagram page. She captioned the post, "twinning" but she did not elaborate whether it's her photo or that of Shilpa. People are confused and those who believe, it's Shilpa are commenting "Shilpa and Sitara are so alike." Still some people  think that, Sitara resembles her grandmother Indira Devi. "But she looks more of Mahesh garu's mother," said another Instagram user.

Both, Namrata and Shilpa are the granddaughters of actress Meenakshi Shirodkar. Both the sister are actress. In 1993, Namrata won Miss India title five years later made her Bollywood debut. She had a cameo role in Salman Khan and Twinkle Khanna's Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai and in the same year she starred opposite Arshad Warsi in Hero Hindustani.

The actress featured in films Pukar, Vaastav and Astitva. She was last seen in Gurinder Chadha's Bride and Prejudice, released in 2004. She met Mahesh Babu on the sets of Athadu married in 2005 and quit films. They are parents to six-year-old Sitara and 11-year-old son named Gautam.

While Namrata's sister Shilpa Shirodkar is known for her role in films like Kishen Kanhaiya, Hum and Gopi Kishan. In 2013, she made her television debut with Ek Mutthi Aasmaan and she currently features in TV show Savitri Devi College & Hospital.
