My feet were so swollen yesterday from all the activity I did the last week, I couldn't wear my sneakers on the way home. Luckily I can see my actual ankles lol. Now how did I manage to gain weight on this trip when the worst thing I had was occasionally something fried for dinner? I ate mostly fruit and veggies and non-meat types of protein. Stupid body. Well today is rest day, maybe this evening work on the bike, then tomorrow I'll be running around again. I need to keep the level of activity I had the last week up. Seriously the worst pain I had was the couple of blisters from all the walking. We're talking I walked over 30K steps each day, except for Tuesday when I did the bike ride.
