So these days I'm remembering my love for the Gentleman Bastard series

And digging up some info on Vadrans given by Scott Lynch I just found this line of pure gold. Ok Sabetha must have been quite something up there being excellent at both. I want ALL the stories of the things she got away with at first by being simply dazzling to them and then what happened when she met her match. But. Jean and Locke? Jean and Locke??? The perfect Vadran married couple??? I can't WAIT for the jokes and misunderstandings and the precious moment in which they just let them assume. "Partner? You mean your husband?" *sighs "Yes, him." I was wondering : if Emberlain is as large a city as Camorr or Tal Verrar are, it must be, what, maximum 150 000 inhabitants, right ?

But : the Marrows. The Seven Marrows. How many Vadrans do you think there is the Marrows ? All of them ? 2 millions Vadrans ? More ? Less ? And all these people going to war against each other ?

SPOILER ! Who will won the war in the Seven Marrows ?

In theory, I think it could be the Strada family. Because we know that the graf von Somnay (Akeil Strada) is married with the  Grafine von Eidrevasen (Elzebane Dvorim). And we also know that the graf von Emberlain is the cousin of the graf von Somnay and of the graf von Parlay. Conclusion, they have the control of...4/7 cantons. Or 4/8 if we count Vintila. Even if the graf von Emberlain doesn’t have any longer the control of this Marrows (because of the Black Table), we also know that according Locke-talking-as-Fehrwright he could win against the Black Table. And even without Emberlain, it still make 3/7 or 3/8. Good position if we compares to the other alliance (Strig and Razul) who looks like only controlling 2 Marrows. (I think it is another alliance. Because we learn in TLOLL + by the informations gives here by scottlynch78 that the Stradas and the Dvorims are friends).
