you know how the fic of icarus returning to lodestar grove have vaeh and cari as little kids? i raise you- icarus returning when cari’s 14-16 and vaeh’s an adult and just finding icarus somewhere. cue the angst of one of them finding them and not knowing what the hell happened and being so fucking cautious
