I've had a very long day, and it's apparently going to be a long night as well. Trying to get through these last 20k in this manuscript is proving unexpectedly difficult. I cued up my favorite Irish Coast recording for background noise and my brain completely misfired and dropped me back into California for a few very painful minutes. I'm back now. But I'm not having a good time.

On the one hand I understand that there were a lot of security concerns last year but also like attendance was 62k, do you really think 8 lines is going to cut it

I really don't want to have to get up at 5am for a noon panel I'm going to struggle enough as it is

i’m so upset and frustrated and i can’t even properly articulate all that’s bothering me.

i wish our friendship meant as much to you as it does to me.

i mean,

we’ve only been friends for half of our lives.

now sometimes i feel like i don’t know who you are anymore.

i miss you. but i’m happy you have other friends that make you happy. with all the chaos in the world, you deserve to be as happy as can be.

I met this person, who’s nice, and cute, and soft-- but I’m scared of things. I wish I was normal, and healthy, and good, and a whole lot smarter. Then I wouldn’t have to worry about anything and I could just... let go. I wish I could just forget about it all and be blissfully unaware. It would feel so good. There’s always something. jeeze. I WANT TO BE NORMAL!!!!!!
