Ingredients: 500g chicken pieces. 1 cup yogurt. 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste. 2 tablespoons tandoori masala. 1 tablespoon red chili powder. 1 tablespoon cumin powder. 1 tablespoon coriander powder. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Salt to taste. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Instructions: Spice mix tandoori masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt, and vegetable oil should be mixed in a bowl with yogurt.
