               it’s not a blade issued forth from one EXPECTED  ——  in fact more from one totally unpredictable. one moment  &  a flash of metal as it PIERCES his flesh, hitched breath coming as a HISS of pain until blade lodges where it is. SHARP movements come in response, grasping material to jerk the other away. he knows he certainly SHOULDN’T, but in anger of the moment does loki’s other hand heaves the knife out of him   (  decision immediately disagreeing with him  &  the cry is hardly MUFFLED  ).   a hand now dripping in ichor SHAKES as it holds the knife forwards  ——  less in threat than in ACCUSATION.

     “   i do hope you had a REASON for that because it very likely shalln’t be worth it.   ”
