Offered by the same seller that sells these squishies; described as floating on water and listed as food-safe. Designs range in size from 2.5in (6.35cm) to 4.5in (11.43cm) and you get a lot of them, so you can tuck them all over the place in stim kits/bags/etc.

These are described as floating on water and listed as food-grade "TPR material". They’re also quite small at 2.5in (6.35cm) and you get a lot of them, so you can tuck them all over the place in stim kits/bags/etc. 

sadly this seller doesn’t ship to my location in Australia, or i’d already have a collection of stretchy squishy (and chewable, apparently) sea creatures!

The shells of these toys are hard plastic, and the legs and head of each toy are a soft stretchy material that can be stretched out or squished back into the shell. They’re described as floating on water and listed as food-grade. Each one is 5 inches (12.7cm) long.
