Donne longhe: tried it and fell at the crux after 3rd/4th quick draw. Got it second go. Beautiful route.

Before : tried it and gave up as the start is horrible crimps

Cheyenne : traverse layback crack with bolts far apart but awesome route

⁣ Canon EOS 250D | 72mm | 1/160s | f/16 | ISO 200⁣ Taken on 24/07/2020.⁣ ⁣ From one of the smartest and most popular ski resorts in Valle d'Aosta to one of the least known in the very same region.⁣ ⁣ Stretching towards the Tarentaise part of the French region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Valgrisenche is known as 'la valle selvaggia' ('the wild valley') in the Aosta Valley region that offers a quieter, maybe more relaxed kind of experience to visitors even in peak season.⁣ ⁣ Were this valley easier to get to, I'm sure it would be overrun with climbers and skiers. The main resort, which is named after the valley Valgrisenche, definitely isn't a well-trodden tourist town. But at 1,664 metres above sea level, expect to come face to face with glacier-gazing mountains and dramatic landscapes that so many passing visitors neglect to visit.⁣ ⁣ As mentioned above, Valgrisenche isn't an easy valley to reach, and therefore doesn't offer a regular bus service as you would expect in neighbouring valleys like Val di Rhêmes or Valsavarenche.⁣ ⁣ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:⁣ ⁣ There are a few buses to Valgrisenche, though, that leave from Villeneuve.
