OC Masterpost (not really but close enough for now): Valor 🖤🖤🖤

Made this mostly for me but for anyone interested in him as well :) Open pics for better quality, I hope it’s not hard to read !! Last pic is simplified/more cartoonish way of drawing him that I’m still workshopping but it shows his personality a bit more than the full portraits.

Additional info I didn’t include: 1) He is not a Jedi or Sith, and 2) he is the same height as Darth Maul, whatever height you want to imagine that to be. He’s tall in spirit tho <3

Idk if you've answered this before but how did Maul & Valor meet? I love a meet-cute 🥰

A big part of the AU I have going on in my head is that Maul is at the point where he knows Sidious has some big plan to take over the galaxy. He’s tried to defeat him before and boy did that not go well (RIP his whole family) so now he’s just trying to do it by himself. Meanwhile Valor wants a big fancy ship so he’s trying to get one, through purchase or persuasion, without straight up stealing one bc it’s harder to travel freely with a stolen one 👍🏾

So while they’re both going about their separate business, they cross paths. Valor's like, “Hey you’re that guy that Sidious abandoned after getting cut in half and is wanted for countless heinous crimes on several planets! You look better in person :)”

After that, they accidentally meet again 2 or 3 more times on different planets and its like a “Stop following me!” “What? YOU stop following ME!!” kind of exchange before they finally decide to try to work together to find Darth Sidious and cut his head off <3

but the romance comes after all that so not really a meet-cute, sorry 😔 this is a slow burn where they finally hold hands in chapter 45

random things about my oc (whom I ship with darth maul) that would make sickfics about him soooo good:

- Valor's blood is naturally blue, and he has gray skin. When he blushes, it's purple.

- He has knee length, bright white hair. He brushes it every night and every morning.

- His "heart" is spread throughout his entire body. He would survive a blow directly through the center of his chest.

- Valor's cold-blooded, meaning his body doesn't regulate its temperature. Very cold or hot weather could kill him if he experiences it for longer than an hour, or even a few minutes if he's dressed improperly.

- The cold-blooded aspect means he'd be wise to warm himself by cozying up with a warm body, like Maul's...just as an example

- Valor has a mild phobia of blood. The sight of it, especially in excess, disturbs him. He's also pretty materialistic so the last thing he wants is blood stains on his clothes or furniture.

- The culture of Valor's home planet is covering up everything besides your hands, feet, and from the neck up; no physical contact with strangers or even acquaintances, and only allowing those you trust with your life to touch your hair or see the rest of your body. He's been banished eternally from the planet for decades but he's never disobeyed those rules– they make him feel connected to the family he had to leave.

- Valor has a pretty high pain tolerance, but he'll still act dramatic about getting hurt out of sheer annoyance, especially since he tends to avoid hurting others. I've spent this whole trying to run away and not kill you and you still have the nerve to stab me? What the hell man?
