Listening to @the.moderncraftsman on site today and @heresjohnnyh articulated something that I think is imperative to build into any company culture • "I don't think it's the employees job to ask for something a raise or asking for better benefits then the employer is doing something wrong. they're late to the party and their reacting to it.
