The development inspiration for Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator VM04

The pressure valve machine is one of our core products. In 2012 and 2015, WOJIN had introduced semi-automatic valve applicator VM-01 and VM-02 respectively. We have collected feedback from our customers after the launch of the new product, and many customers reviewed that these two semi-auto pressure valve machines have a good effect on bag pressure and can meet needs of various thickness bags for pressure valve. Meantime, customer feedback also mentioned about their worries on the safety issue that workers may hurt their hands once loss of attention. Therefore, we constantly reflect on whether we can develop a fully automatic valve press from the perspective of caring for the safety of workers, reduce the safety hazards of workers, improve production efficiency, and bring better user-friendly experience to customers.

Finally,WOJIN introduced a new generation of fully automatic valve applicator VM-04 in 2016. VM-04 is a semi-automatic hot press valve machine for sealing the one way degassing valve on the bags. It can be used for many types of thick bags. This machine is mainly designed for large coffee roaster, coffee distributor and large food packaging plant. This achieved manually put the bag, automatic feeding the valve and installing by infrared sensing. It means a connection with international fully automated production, also the new applicator installs up to 2,000 bags per hour, which greatly improves production efficiency and shortens delivery time. The most important thing is that VM-04 better protects the safety of workers' operations, allowing them to produce safely and efficiently. Many customers placed orders after the new machine was launched. The customer reviewed that development of VM-04 was a major breakthrough, no employee was being injured after using the new machine, which made them more assured of the safety of workers. Meanwhile, the machine does not lose the good pressure valve effect and the delivery speed is much faster. It is a humanized pressure valve machine with high cost performance.
