You’re stuffed. Your intestines and bladder are both filled to the brim with writing creatures that are seemingly never still. Even though they absorb piss (a requirement as your bladder and anus have changed from openable holes to basically another cervix) you can still feel it. you try pushing a few times but its fruitless. You can feel the pressure against the skin across your pisshole (which has widened immeasurably from the skin across it gaping it open) and worse, can feel your intestines press against your bladder in an unbearable squirming fullness. You’re kept well hydrated of course which makes the pressure infinitely worse.
you were informed for the first few days you would remain strapped down to acclimate and insure more procedures weren’t needed. They weren't though you were informed surgical rings would eventually be inserted in your holes for more permanent stretching.
When you were finally unstrapped you found that sitting up made the pressure on your bladder worse. Your intestines had grown too and the pressure in your abdomen was constant. Desperate for any relief you started massaging your stomach but that just worsened it. As you were awkwardly rubbing your distended abdomen the doctor walked in and gestured for you to follow. You did and each step you took sloshed your stomach. By the end of your walk its inhabitants were agitated.
“now I know this is uncomfortable but if you’re to safely keep carrying there are some modifications we need to make.”
he sat you on a bench with stirrups and started prodding at your pisshole. You felt it numb but couldnt see what he was doing over your stomach which, impossibly seemed to have grown. You only realized what had happened when you almost involuntarily started clenching your hole around nothing.
“We need more room to work with when breeding you and you aren’t exactly using your urethral canal.”
he explained and you felt whatever was in your walls it widen as he turned a small nob.
“i’m afraid this kind of thing is irreversible.”
Your hole was uncomfortably wide and he stopped. Moving your legs up and going to your back hole. This time however instead of numbing you felt cold glue or paste around your anus and then cold metal. You couldn’t see any of it this time but just like with your urethra you could feel it slowly expand. The stirrups lowered and you were stood up but noticed immediately that the need to piss was even worse.
Your hole clenched around itself and your body was trying to push even as you knew nothing would come. The anus ring wasn’t bad but it was wide and slightly changed your gait.
walking was an endeavor when your body was trying fruitlessly to expel however much liquid was held in your bladder and as soon as you reach your room you search around desperately for any object you could use for relief. You loose all such ideas when the doctor walks in after you.
“you’re the first case we’ve experimented on this intensely. This brood isn’t quite done unfortunately. Flip over.”
the last part was an order and you turned yourself around so you were laying on your stomach. The pressure worsened. You heard buckles and felt straps all around your abdomen be tightened almost uncomfortably. The doctor pressed a button and the platform under your bloated bladder and rectum expanded. Pressing into them more.
“Now, you can always say no but there are medicines that if inserted…may make this brood come along faster. To get their full potential though they need to flood your bladder and intestines.”
