not to be a conspiracy theorist but the name regina means queen and we know akasha is coming and we know she is The Queen so either it's just like hm foreshadowing or maybe there's more to regina's involvement (i'm not implying she's akasha or smth btw i know sheila atim was cast and i looooove her so no complaints there)
