An mc that expresses jealousy asking Ray and Suit if they've ever drank from anyone else directly before. How would they react? Is it something they've done? If they HAVE done it, does it feel different with mc? If they haven't done it, would suit even admit to that? Would he use it as a means to hurt the mc?
God just being so desperate to be the only one they've genuinely craved feeding from, you know?
Ray might be the one to express jealousy through insecurity. He truly wouldn't doubt the fact that you would've needed blood to survive before he found you and brought you to Magenta, but... what if the blood you received on the outside was better than the blood he could find for you? At first, it's possible he began to source out blood packs to sustain you for as long as he could, but... it wouldn't take long for Ray to realize... that he's a walking blood bag.
Wouldn't it be better to give you something that's "fresh" instead of something that's been sitting in a cooler for a long time? Wouldn't it taste better if the blood was warm? You should take his blood... that wouldn't hard to give to you every few days... right? If he could take care of you by becoming your main source of food, you might never need to leave him. He fantasizes about that... about being important to you, so important that you would need him forever, but there's also a deep-seeded fear beneath that.
What if his blood isn't good enough?
That's what will bother him the most, and it'll eat away at him little by little until he admits what's bothering him. Even if he's the tastiest thing in the world, he's always going to be afraid that he won't be good enough and you won't want to keep him around. This has to do with the fact that he'll convince himself the only way he can be close to you is if he offers himself up as a blood bag.
That's certainly not true but it's what he'll do to convince himself when he hits rock bottom after being with you for some time. It's no different than him offering to be your punching bag, if he can simply be a source for sustenance, that means he's providing something important to you and proves he's useful. He thinks he has to prove himself to be with you because of the way he's been treated, after all.
You'll have your work cut out for you when convincing him otherwise. Because, he isn't some means of sustenance for you, he's important to you and you want him to know that. He deserves to know that he means more to you than just a meal. He doesn't have to offer himself up as a sacrifice for you to care about him, and frankly speaking, you might be frustrated by how often he's trying to offer himself up when he can barely take care of himself as it is.
Even if he's the best you've ever had, you won't want him to sustain long-term injuries when his health is already as poor as it is. The best thing you could do in this position is convince him to take better care of himself, because the more he takes care of himself, the easier it would be for him to offer his blood. You wouldn't feel as bad about taking it if the smallest bit of blood loss wouldn't make him feel sicker.
Suit Saeran, however, we all know he has a different way of handling what's on his mind. As we all know his health is in a worse place than Ray’s is, because he’s coming out of the basement with an extra session of elixir burning in his veins. No amount of false bravado and puffing out his chest will make him seem stronger than a pole in the garden trying to keep your plants from toppling over during a storm.
He's destroying himself by trying to protect himself with anger, and it won't do anything good for him in the long run.
He's going to want you to feed from him, after all, you did the same thing to Ray. They share the same body, so that means their blood should taste all the same to you, so you shouldn’t kick up a fuss or say that he’s not your type. Go ahead and share that experience with him because if you don't, you're not going to be able to get any blood to survive.
Unlike with Ray, who would've made sure you had other blood if he couldn’t visit you, I can see him taking away that option so you would have to feed from him. This line of thinking isn't all that different from the normal reality when he doesn't let you have any food, but that isn't to torture you, it's a byproduct to make sure nobody puts anything in your food. They've been drugged a thousand times with poison in their food, they're not going to let anybody do that to you.
Of course, most people don't think about that fact, it's far easier to focus on the way he angles it than it is to dive deeper. I imagine he would assume that someone might try to taint the blood with silver or something that could hurt you.
Whether or not you understand that comes down to the way you would handle that situation. Even if you don't want to drink his blood because you understand he's going to get sicker than he already is if you do that, at some point, you're going to have to take care of yourself because if you don't, who's going to make sure he survives? I imagine there are things in play keeping you from using your full strength to not only get out of this place but protect them, but you likely have enough strength to protect him in a moment of severe danger when it comes down to it.
It won't change the fact that you two are going to come face to face with your feelings for one another when you have no choice but to feed from him and he has no choice but to realize offering himself up to you makes him far more vulnerable than he thought it would. You get to show him that being vulnerable isn't a weakness, and he gets to show you that he won't crumble when you need him the most.
i get the feeling if suit was a vampire he’d say something like “you’re just a bloodbag.”
"You're just a blood bag," he hissed.
His fangs dug into you for sustenance like a man starved. You weren't sure how long he'd gone without blood, but from the desperation you felt, you knew it had to be a long time... perhaps, even days. Why? He wasn't an idiot, he said that plenty enough, he needed blood to make it to the next day. Why wasn't he taking care of himself?
And yet, even though you still felt resistance in your veins, those words of his hurt. You didn't want them to hurt, but they stung like his fangs when they dug too deep.
Those words felt like venom in your throat. You were more than that, and even if he said it, even if he wanted you to believe it, you wouldn't allowed yourself to fall for it. You weren't just a bag of blood to him, or to Ray for that matter. If you were nothing more than blood to them... they wouldn't have gone to the trouble of keeping you safe and sound in this compound. They could have as much blood as they wanted as long as their Savior was around.
You were replaceable.
So, why lie to your face?
Tears prickled the corners of your eyes as your vision began splotchy and uneven. You were more upset about his lies than you were about his consumption of your blood. You clung to his suit jacket and he did what you expected him to do, he cradled you close as his tongue did its best to lap up all the thick blood that dribbled down your throat to your chest. If you were worthless, he wouldn't treat you with care. No blood bag was handled like you were.
Was he trying to convince himself, or you?
"Now, sleep, you miserable treat," he muttered under his breath, while his gentle hands betrayed every word he said. "I need you to make to survive long enough for my next meal."
Suity was the one to take a bite, but he never drank your blood because he loves you :)
You know, as someone that loves the vampire trope, this one actually made me laugh and cry. The idea that he wouldn't go through taking your blood for himself actually... kind of makes sense. He would say it has something to do with your blood smelling horrible but in reality, he doesn't want you to get hurt.
