I AM! I'm feeling so much better with that exam out of the way (we'll see if I passed though lmao) and I wrote one page for A Princess' Duty and Late Night Shifts each yesterday alone and it feels soooo good: writing more again and without a guilty conscience!!

And oh, this is really evil :D

Best friend: Tendou. Honestly the easiest one. I love Tendou from the bottom of my heart, but I think we'd be a better fit as best friends. He'd be the one to get me out of my shell and encourage me to do stupid shit.

One night stand: Kita. Yes, he is husband material through and through, but ultimately, I'm not made for the farm life. I'm more of a night owl, unable to got to bed early and wake up just as early, and when the other person gets up I tend to have a hard time falling asleep again, so it wouldn't work in the long run with shifted sleep schedules either.

Husband: Daichi. Also pure husband material and I could manage with his shifts. Morning shift? I have a few hours to myself when he goes to bed early and we can do things together when I comes home later. Evening shift? He can bet I have his dinner hot and ready when he comes home. Night shift? I'm staying up late like I love to do so he can text me when he's bored. Also, he finds me sleeping on the couch waiting for him, because I fell asleep anyway.

God, I love them so much. The first time I read Black Out all these years ago, I missed the subtle evolution of their relationship, because it was so low-key (no, fluttering hearts, no butterflies in a stomach), and I really adore that. Eschbach did a good job at writing the romantic subplot
