just learned about clinical vampirism, also called renfield's syndrome. you can literally get diagnosed with vampire. isn't that wild

if i was a vampire i would totally play up the drama of it. like 90% of the time i'd just wear my normal clothes which are already in the dark alternative aesthetic but i would love to go out of my way to host lavish dinner parties and wear... idk 18/19th century clothes? what era of fashion are vampires usually styled in? victorian? whatever it doesn't matter

and then i would adopt a spooky cadence to my voice that was definitely not present before and drink blood out of a crystal wine glass and smile sooo wide so everyone could see my teeth and randomly turn into a bat just to scare the shit out of the human guests. i wouldn't drain any of them i would be very civil yet cryptic and they would go home and gossip about that weird creature of the night that isn't over the drinking age but acts like he's 200 for some reason
