Ghent Altarpiece my beloved

Does anyone know who this painting may be by/where prints could be found? It was always one of my favorite at my grandparent's house and when my grandma died we weren't able to take it because there's no room to hang/store it. It was passed on to my aunt who just died and we had to decided again to not take it for the same reason. My mom told me that my grandpa had taken it to the Smithsonian and was told it is probably by someone who studied under the Van Eycks, but we don't know anything else.
