MR SCERRI: Can you give a guarantee that there will never be an error in any of those transactions?
MR VAN HOREN: I wish I could. You know, we do our best to – to minimise those errors, but, clearly, it’s impossible to have a cast iron guarantee of it.
COMM'R HAYNE: I would have been very alarmed if you had been prepared to give a guarantee, Mr van Horen. Very alarmed.
