Fall is finally upon us! You could smell the pumpkin spice and feel the coolness in the air. The Vanderson University’s school of business administration, in partnership of the supreme student council, is proud to announce this year’s FALL FAIR AND HALLOWEEN PARTY. each year the university holds a fundraiser for the children’s ward at the university medical centre and for the research and development department with the help of the students, staff and locals of ann arbor.

The fair will hold food bazars featuring local business owners, a mini farmer’s market, some of your favourite rides, game booths, a pumpkin carving station and a kissing both! again, all proceeds will go to the children’s ward and the research and development department of the university. The school that will be spearheading this event will be the school of business administration with the help of the supreme student council. VOLUNTEERS ARE VERY MUCH ENCOURAGED !!! 

At the end of the fair, a halloween party will be held at the vanderson football field with a bonfire lit at the middle of the field. DJ’s and local artists will be playing and food will be served as well. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend and WEAR COSTUMES to get a feel of the halloween spirit.

***OOC NOTE the event will be approximately TEN days in our time but only five in the rolepla. the fall fair will be for four days and the party for five days. this is to ensure at least everyone can join the events as halloween weekend tend to be a busy time for everyone. the events can be a perfect time to create plots and make new connections. if you want your characters to volunteer at the fall fair, simply message the main but keep in mind this slots are limited and are first come first serve basis. before the event will start we will post the list of volunteers and specific booths they will be assigned to. lastly, you can start posting your costumes under VANDERSONHALLOWEEN. this will also serve as the official tag for the event. we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE to wear a costume as something EXCITING will happen that may require you to have one during the party.
