I recommend Etude houses Precious mineral BB or cotton fit bb  for acne I recommend holika holika strawberry bb, cant remember the name but also Lioele makes some good ones for facial color problems like redness or really dark spots and for something that covers well and you don't want it to feel too heavy on a hot day I suggest Aqua petite jelly bb from holika holika 

the aqua petite jelly and precious mineral bb are my daily ones 

cotton fit is when my skin gets oily

Do you know what serum does to your face? XD is it like face lotion?

Well serum is lotion (at least I assume you mean that kind of serum) so yes, face serum is like face lotion. It’s supposed to re-hydrate, smooth, and soften your skin.
