94. What are your strengths? Hmmm, I'd say although my interpersonal skills a relatively lacking I find one of my best strengths would be relating to people! I'd also say my soul is one of my biggest strengths as it pulls through regardless of what my mind is feeling!

Today's "run": about 4.3km in 28:55

September total: 23.89 / 70km Still slogging away lol.  I've decided that my problem currently lies in starting off way too fast, then having to stop after 5 minutes which really crushes my motivation to do the rest, and I end up walk/jog/walk/jog which isn't really what I'm aiming for.  Must remember slow and steady wins the race and all that! :)

And I'm gutted because my phone tried to update mapmyrun yesterday and somehow deleted it altogether, and now it won't let me reinstall.  Technology is just one big pain in the arse at times!

you can definately work it on a treatmill you can choose if you want to keep track of yor distance via gps, time or steps. so it works indoors too!
