Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of sea salt. Optional toppings: fresh berries, shredded coconut, chopped nuts.
Instructions: Peel and pit the avocados, then place them in a food processor or blender. Add the cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the avocados. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness or chocolate flavor if desired by adding more maple syrup or cacao powder.
