Chris finished putting up the insulation and then got to work making the floor for the van. We purchased this flooring when we built our house in Williamstown and had some leftover boxes. Another phase of the van build is complete - super shiny diamond pattern sticky backed sound deadening stuff. I am eternally grateful that Chris knows what he's doing and I just show up and get assigned tasks. Tasks like washing van surfaces with rubbing alcohol and rolling the aforementioned sticky stuff until the diamonds are all flat (spoiler alert - I failed to smooth them all and my upper body is still protesting two days later). It's really starting to happen!!!! 😁 We took a break yesterday to do some sourcing and then Chris finished up insulating. We took this picture on our first trip (it was only 7-ish miles or so) in our new to us van. We have an opportunity to focus on sourcing while on the road - which was always our goal for Road Treasure Trading. We have acquired our vehicle of choice (2017 Ram Promaster) and are going to be focused on setting it up for our needs and then taking off for a bit to see some things and explore some places.
