The Sorcerous Workings in this Book require little from the Seeker who may wish practice them . . . obviously they are written for those who are Theistic Satanists or Dark Satanic Witches, those who believe in Satan and the Demons of His Kingdom being real Spiritual Entities, if you do not then in truth the Black Arts of this Book will not work for you. It may be you have been looking for a form of Dark Occult Practice which moves away from the Ceremonial and the Ritualistic, that you have been seeking a way of Working with Dark Spirits more akin to the Arts of the Witches of the Old World, simple Sigil Magick and direct Demonic Evocation without all of the nonsensical trapping of Ceremonial Hermetic practices. It may also be that you have been used to utilizing more complex forms of Ritual Magick and find them no more than empty motions without the raw primal emotive force you were expecting from the the practice of the Sorcerous Arts.
