Finn never forgot a friendly face, no matter how much time had passed. That was especially true for such a pretty one he vividly recalled fighting alongside with during the Second War. Then again, he supposed that was the fae effect with their natural allure and graceful charm that unfortunately he had zero immunity to, like he was complaining about that.
It started first with a voice as Finn entered the police station, that familiar voice catching his attention and gaze falling on the obviously new officer that he recognized immediately. He couldn't believe his eyes for a moment, blinking twice and rubbing at them like he might have finally lost his mind for good and now he was hallucinating. It couldn't be... what was Abban Ceanai doing here in Krovs wearing that police uniform? His curiosity outweighed the mild concern on that inquiry for himself considering he knew firsthand from serving as Faust Highmore's familiar how the fae general cleverly used his former witch's coven to magically disguise his appearance to most of those who viewed him. Smart idea given how wanted many of the high-ranking fae who led the charge against vampires in the Second War were, even still to this day. He hoped that Abban knew what he was doing here and Finn wondered what he was doing here.
He waited patiently for Abban to finish and the person to leave his desk before he approached. "Been a long time, A––" he cut himself off, blue eyes falling to the name plate on his uniform. "Officer Lowry. What in the hell are ye doin' here?"
