Tsuna's training started on the first episode and by the time of the Varia Arc, the Vongola is nearly going into Civil War. Its so rushed because the Famiglia is a mess and half.

Tsuna is a sacrifice for the good of the Famiglia. So is Basil begin used as a bait. And Tsunayoshi’s Guardians send off to die like Lambs to Slaughter.

The Ninth is old, three sons dead and one rebelled, he needs a strong heir now.

The Famiglia is a mess and unstable at this point. The underbosses and uppser echons probally too.

The moment Tsuna turns 18, he will be kidnapped to Italy with zero explanation and forced to be Decimo.

We didn’t see much of it because it was a gag manga I guess

I think Xanxus did not existed in Daily Arc???

Timoteo during the Varia Arc:

He is getting Tsuna into the Mafia and pitting them against the Varia no matter how many of the Guardians die

And getting Xanxus to be trapped as a Mad Attack Dog and bending to his and his puppet boss, because the child he kidnapped and lied and abused rebelled and Nono is petty and wants Xanxus broken and trapped. He probally never liked the street rat was stronger than his spoiled brat sons

Good riddance for those three

The Vongola Famiglia is a mess, its Nono's fault and now he is using kids to fix it and get his power and control back

God, I wish Tsuna destroyed his worthless Famiglia

Imagine the reason Xanxus didn't go to watch the other ring matches post getting the Sky ring was because it was the only time the other Varia members were busy and so while alone he tried to wear the Sky ring only to be rejected mulitple times

You know, I wish the flashback to the Cradle Affair had actually been accurate to the timeline and we’d gotten to see how old the Varia actually were at the time... If it took place 8 years before the Varia Arc:

Xanxus was 16

Squalo was 14 and had just recently defeated Tyr

Levi was 15

Lussuria was 17

Belphegor was fucking 8 and had definitely been with the Varia for less than a year

Mammon was the only goddamn adult in the lot holy shit this long-suffering infant

This bunch of goddamn children were elite assassins and somehow kept it together for eight years in Xanxus’s absence. Also Xanxus was functionally 16 (in lived experience) during the actual Varia Arc, which explains a lot actually.

Lady Aurora AU - Varia Arc Part II - Training

Sorry that it’s been a while since I last updated this. This one’s a bit short, mostly because I’m saving a bit for the Battles later.

Marinette’s training is a bit more multifaceted than the other’s

She trains both with her grandmother and Skull

Gina focuses on direct combat, and a focus on one-on-one combat

Skull helped train against more... unusual combat situations

Think the kind of situations Reborn would put Tsuna through for fun

This is done to improve on her greatest asset - her mind

Whenever she got the chance, Mari would train in the use of her yo-yos, as well as improving on the loose fighting she has for them

At the end of each day, Skull would teach her various things about Flames and her opponents

All of this is done so she would have the most information possible

The only things he doesn’t have information about is the Varia’s Mist and Snow, as well if there's even a Snow for them

After the week of training is finished, Marinette began the preparations for the upcoming battle
