So nimvarlas are a isolated specie and tend not to involve themselves with other species and have a complex language that is mainly humming that comes from their antennas and croaking. Not a lot of them have gotten translator microbes due to the isolation and their rejection even with the idea of said microbes due to many not trusting outsiders.
Planet info:
They live in a mixed area of foggy and windy open terrain and deep cavern swamps, they use their legs and sharps claws to hold onto rocks and to keep their bodies steady. They adapted by building domes or staying down in the caverns. Wind is one of their main power sources as they use it to light their home and power other important objects.
Biology and reproduction(not really nsfw tho it’s just weird):
nimvarlas bodies are mainly transparent tho mainly on their chest and backs, this was due to the dense fog that caused them to develop clear skin around the main area of their body. They have an extremely high pain tolerance due to them evolving dense and short nerves along with their healing ability leaving little to no scaring with certain injuries, cutting into them seems to not cause pain rather enjoyment and a tickling feeling they describe it.
They have many ways to reproduce since they can change many parts of their body parts tho the most common ones are through IUI or by ||tearing parts off of parents a and parent b’s body and sewing them together before placing it in parent a’s and lets it grow a womb around said child and letting it fully develop||

Dismembering affection:
|| nimvarlas show affection mainly by tearing it off parts of said body and giving them to said person they wish to shoe affection to. Many either keep the parts for long periods of times or even swap a part of their body and attach it to themselves. Doing that deepens bonds by showing the other they care enough they would attach said loved one to themselves.
Each body piece shows a different kind of love/gratitude
Teeth-means that they enjoy talking too and wish to keep in touch with said person
Claw/hand-the person made them feel comfortable and wants to share more physical connections
Small organs- wants you to have a part of them on the inside. it may be small but you’ve grown on them.
Bigger organs(lungs,liver, etc.) - trust you with their life and truly thinks of the person as a favorite, wants you to breath in the air like they do/function as a part of you
One of their two Hearts- wants to be the blood running through the persons body, this connection is huge and usually happens in front of family(like a marriage) tho could be in private ||
