@vasenterprise: "This isn't you're traditional fairy tale" ok cool, this one's gonna grim and gritty and have some bs ambiguous ending because happy endings are ~cliche~ nail on the head, babe. but like this story is seriously failing at grimdark because everything is just coming out Traditional as fuck (murdered parents, The Lost Heir, alliance marriage, falling for the enemy, oh no she's cute, etc). like it's an enjoyable story, i just wish it would stop kidding itself. and stop saying things like "bulletproof" in a medieval setting jfc...
