redraw of an old vash piece i did, NEW AND IMPROVED !!!

ive been doing alot of thinking about art style and personal enjoyment and all that stuff and i think im starting to accept that some of what im trying to force into a part of my art style is just not something that works out for me, and that is totally cool ^_^ feeling #wild and #free and creative

My super self indulgent polygun head canon is that they are all aromantic or asexual in some way

Specifically

Vash is both aro and ace but he enjoys engaging in both sexual and romantic activities he just doesn’t feel sexual or romantic attraction. Lowkey could be cupidromantic as well

Meryl is demi romantic and grey sexual. This is one is based purely on vibes

Wolfwood is homoromantic and demi/asexual. I think he feels very strong romantic feelings but flounders a bit when it comes to sex idk

Milly is very aromantic pansexual to me. She loves and cherishes the others but i don’t think shes felt a romantic feeling in her life, like to the point that she can’t even picture what it is like (i am projecting) but i also think she enjoys having sex

Uhhhhhh please let me know your thoughts and feelings im open to tweaking these :)

"Vash snuck out far more than anyone knew about.

He knew it was bad! It put himself at risk and the people around him would be worried sick. He really couldn't help it! Something in him just itched to keep going at all times. His apartment was fine for the most part. He had everything he could ever want in there. Books, movies, plants, etc. Most of the time it would more than enough to entertain him. But sometimes he found himself sitting in the quiet, the house feeling too large and far too small at the same time. His thoughts echoed through the empty halls, the only noise interrupting them was the ticking of his clock. When he listened to it for too long, the ticks begun to turn to beeps in his ear. Endlessly beeping. If he let it go on, he would find himself transported to sterile white walls and the never ending drone of the heart monitor. On the nights where it was overwhelming, he snuck down the fire escape of his apartment. He had to move. To prove that he still could."

Did a lot of experimenting on this but im very happy with how it turned out!

Also i feel like vash’s initial terror and hatred of humans after finding tesla is often overlooked by knives. And i get it, knives literally tried to kill everyone, but I just wish it was acknowledged more. Idk. Vashs struggles with morality is one of the things I most enjoy about trigun and it slightly bothers me when he’s treated like he always wants to do the morally right thing if that makes sense
