I thought we'd go in numerical order and include all the Vaults across the series including those that didn't make it into the actual games 😁

So Vault 0 is where Dakota got his cybernetic implants. Vault 20 is where he got the nanoid/nanite serum that made him extra durable.

So he got the Cyborg gift from two vaults.

I’m this big nerd for vaults in Fallout but I forgot that cryogenics are canon with Vault 0.

Maybe the experiment for Vault 111 was seeing how long a cryopod will last, resulting in an alive or dead inhabitant either way. Maybe it was experiments on the people in cryostasis. Maybe an attempt to put the entire vault into cryostasis at once without the pods.
