“The Potions Master”
Chapter eight- “The Potions Master.” Please feel free to comment your thoughts about this chapter.
My thoughts:
"What would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?" Aww you poor little Snape.
Even though Hagrid’s rock cakes are described as tasting really bad, I still want to try one.
The meaning behind the reason it was vault 713 is actually really interesting.
Harry, Snape hates everyone.
Snape is so fabulous in his long black cloak.
The mistake that Neville made during the making of the potion actually happened in part 2.
How heavy are these rock cakes.
I love how cozy Hagrid’s cottage is, and how he always seems to have tea.
Lucy Rays (3rd Year Hufflepuff) and Pascale Sage (5th Year Hufflepuff)
Jacob: are there any wizarding schools? me (in my head): chicago academy of wizardry Queenie: ILVERMONY me: oops
Meet Angela Windsor, the pureblood daughter of Augustan Windsor and Queline Perry. Born in 1911 in West Midlands, England and, following WW1, moved to the US at the start of the "roaring twenties." Angela is just about to start school in Chicago, but will soon find that she gets swept up in the exciting and dangerous life of speakeasies, illegal trading and, of course, The Cloaking Party.
I just stared to read Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. And I just realised that that the vault that Hagrid take out the Philosopher’s Stone out off is number 713. And if you flip the number it’s 317 and it become 31 July and that’s Harry's birthday.
Trollheim Festivalen
The Trollheim Festival is an annual summer event in Norway that takes place not long after the school year finishes at Durmstrang. The graduating students, known as Trollruss, celebrate their graduation and alumni and other students join in as well. People get to the festival by apparating, but also by using boats, some which are used as party boats at the festival. Others come by carriage and some Durmstrang students take great joy in pimping theirs out and there’s a competition where the goal is the have the best looking carriage. The festival also features Æsir Ale, Idunn Apple Mead as well as your typical Wizarding beverages. The event finishes off with a massive bonfire and people leave the next day, with a massive hangover.
Written and made for Vault 713.
