Instructions: Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, fennel seeds, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to a bowl. Then add vital wheat gluten and mix them together. Mix vegetable broth, soy sauce, olive oil, and tomato paste together in a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed. For about five minutes, work the dough into a smooth, firm mass. Make four equal pieces of dough and roll each one into a sausage link. Put a lot of aluminum foil around each sausage link. Put the sausages in foil and steam them for 30 minutes. Let the sausages cool a bit after steaming before taking them out of the wrappers.
