Ingredients: 4 slices of vegan brownie bread. 1 ripe banana. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup almond milk. 1 tbsp maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Pinch of salt. Vegan salted caramel sauce store-bought or homemade. Coconut oil for frying.
Instructions: In a shallow bowl, mash the ripe banana with a fork. Add almond butter, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the mashed banana. Mix until well combined. Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each slice of brownie bread into the almond butter mixture, ensuring it is fully coated on both sides.
