BASE 1.5 cup oat flour 0.5 cup date paste (10 dates + 5 – 6 tbsp almond milk) 0.5 cup peanut butter (or almond butter) 1 tbsp coconut sugar 0.5 cup hemp seeds ¼ cup peanuts (or almonds) CHOCOLATE LAYER 3oz vegan ”milk” chocolate 1. In a blender - mix the dates and almond milk. This will be the date paste. 2. Add the oat flour, date paste, peanut butter, coconut sugar and hemp seeds in a bowl. Blend together with a spoon or your hands. 3. Pour the batter in a mold and sprinkle some peanuts on top. 4. Gently melt the vegan chocolate and spread over the base. 5.
