Ingredients: 500g potatoes, thinly sliced. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 400F 200C. Put the thinly sliced potatoes in a large bowl and add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the potatoes so that they are evenly covered. Place the potato slices on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer. The chips should be baked in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
