Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Use coconut oil to grease or line a loaf pan. Gluten-free flour, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, almond milk, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl.
