So I’ve been experimenting making my own vegan “wheats”( meats involving wheat gluten and a bunch of other stuff). These weren’t bad for a first try with my own recipe. What I’ve learned so far- if you think the seasoning is right before adding the gluten- add more.Like maybe double it.
