Sunday morning is (often) cookery time.
Started by making tofu and vegan sausage breakfast sandwiches to start the week and ate one with fruit salad and some tots.
Then...
Cooked big batches of brown lentils and duxelles, steamed potatoes and rutabaga for mashed potatoes. And then put it all together for vegan shepherd's pie.
It's going to be a tasty week.
