Today I cook whatever is available at home during this movement restriction period.
I think most Chinese knows how to cook this simple dish with garlic, but decided to share how I cook it my way. Maybe some non-Chinese friends over here will be interested to know!
My 'secrets methods' are high heat, keep it dry, remove the hard outer surface of the stems and simmer the stems if necessary.
