Whaddaya know? You’re right! I’m officially moving-- signed the lease and everything. I’ll be moving to a nice apartment in a month and finally escape my abuser. I made it this far ♥♥ and thank you for the kind words again-- things like these are what helped me keep trying and trying.

I know the tumblr thing is really :/ and we'd be losing a good group of the madd community, but i just wanted to let you know that ive found a total home on a few of the discord servers and have felt more connected than ever & found a lot of close friends and good outlets for my madd content. theres also a subreddit and (from what i know) pretty active amino too so we're not goin anywhere

Oh, right, the MaDD subreddit! I haven’t been following it, but now I might be interested in visiting. You’re right, it does suck, but MaDD’s presence is growing larger and larger, and more people are becoming aware of it, and I don’t think Tumblr possibly going AWOL is going to stop that.

If there’s one thing about the community I can say with confidence, it’s how including we are and I’m thankful for that ///

you are strong my dear. stronger than you should have to be. you have not been treated as you deserve. you are not alone. no one is. you have my support if no one else's. there is nothing wrong about your feelings. you have been left to defend yourself for to long. I am so sorry.

It’s unfair, isn’t it? Sometimes I wish I wasn’t as strong as I was. There are times that I wonder, “Why is being strong good?” when perhaps if I’d just let myself feel emotions and cry and be “weak”, things would be different (better).

Anon, thank you. Even now, I find myself telling myself that I just need to deal with it but with words like yours, maybe I can soon start to believe that I deserve much better ♥
