Does anyone know how to use RNG for Pokemon Black/White???

I'm reading into it, and just the guide to setup and how to use it gives me such a huge headache. I can't understand any of it, I go to Smogon.com and try to read the guide but it is WAY too much. I go to YouTube, looking for a tutorial and I can't understand what it is they do and/or still don't understand what all they are saying.

Can someone please help me? I just wanna make this lil wishlist of mine, I have some character ideas and I wanna actually have the Pokemon in my White version game. I can download from that MakeAWish * GTS site, it's pretty easy for me to use but you have to donate to them to get their specialty Pokemon. 

Please help me out? I know one girl, velaciraptor she helped me get a Shiny, female Scraggy and some others. I don't want to ask her if she could help me out again, I don't wanna feel like I'm bugging her ;n;

I've got it! I'll just start hovering around the various law schools here in the city wearing low cut tops and dropping little pieces of paper with my phone number on it!

Or pretend to get mugged and wait for some handsom lawyer to save me.

Or just start mugging laywers.
