Napstablook didn’t want to loose their cousin so agreed to have a robot body built for them in exchange for service to the crown alphys

As the second built they’ve got all sorts of features, and better control over them.

If anyone were to attempt hacking elevator muzak would play until they deigned to notice the intruder.

Makes music, and if it weren't for the manufacture overrides built in Alphys would be SOL because Venerable actually has the technology side of things down pretty well.

Also has been locked in room completely unused for far too long.

They handled it better than their cousin because they spent their time making music.

Undyne unlocked their cell one day and that's probably the only reason they left/ noticed they could.
