Desert Designs x Venice Rish
A celebration of Aboriginal Australia and the artistic legacy of renowned Indigenous artist Jimmy Pike, Desert Designs represents a true merging of art and fashion, Australia style. Originally a collaboration between Pike, Steven Culley and David Wroth in the eighties, the label’s revival sees Culley’s daughter Jedda-Daisy join forces with friend Caroline Sundt Wels. The resulting relaunch is one that injects exciting new colour into the Australian fashion sphere of today. For Lone Maniac, DD designer Caroline Wels joins forces with photographer, artist and jewellery maker Venice Rish, whose earthy designs have everyone abuzz. In conjunction with LM, the dynamic duo returns to nature for their otherworldly collaboration of epic proportions.
