This is a Vens stainless steel fountain pen, date uncertain.  This 5 3/8 inch pen has a hooded nib, similar to a Parker 51, and uses a clear sac squeeze fill unit similar to the Parker Aerometric filler, though it's not evident that it has a breather tube.  The clip and filler unit are stamped VENS and the cap lip is stamped 文士 329.  文士 translates as "scribe."  According to a thread on the Fountain Pen Network, Vens may have been a brand of First Shanghai Ballpoint Pen Factory.

Studio Albori heeft de houten constructie aan de zuidgevel in het zicht gelaten.  Zonne-energie wordt op drie verschillende manieren gebruikt: directe accumulatie door de ramen aan de zuidgevel, opgeslagen warmte in PCM-elementen (Phase Change Material) die in de gevel zitten, die langzaam vrijgegeven als het kouder wordt en zonnepanelen op het dak. De enige andere bron van energie die wordt gebruikt is het hout voor het fornuis, op de begane grond.
